Envelope description not true. I have received an envelope, white with window?
I just received a “Wise” debit card through the post (Royal Mail) and it had this return address on it. It came in a white envelope with window.
It seems this PO Box address is for Thales (formerly Gemalto), a company specialising in Aerospace, Space, Defence to Security & Transportation. They provide banking services and produce Mastercard and Visa cards and post them to customers on behalf of banks.
So the envelope likely contains a bank card of some type, although I believe this company also produces SIM cards, so there’s a chance the same return address may be used on envelopes containing SIM cards. There’s also a possibility that the envelope design may vary depending on brand.
